Email Notification Template change

Hello,

I am using the Gutenverse Forms and I get a very generic notification email when I submit the form that I want to style to look more professional and not so technical and without the entries number and id etc.

For example I want to have the notification message where instead of the Entry #165(example) on the header to have the website logo and the Entry Number Table not to be sent.
