    Hello,

    In the free version, does the form automatically go to the admin address and then the notification to person who submitted it? If not, is there a way to set up two notification emails?

    I attempted wording the notification email for both the creator and the customer but it landed in my junk mailbox (as the creator/admin) and didn’t come (as the customer). I separated the emails with a comma.

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    If you would like to send the confirmation email to the user after they submit the form, we have a great tutorial on how to do that here.

    Essentially you can separate the admin email smart tag or any email address, and the form emails field smart tag with a comma. In case it helps, here is a complete screencast I’ve recorded for your reference.

    Thank you.

    I have experiencing two issues.

    1. I am not receiving the email as the sender to certain email accounts.
    2. As the receiver, I am getting the email in my junk mailbox.

    It seems that you might be having some email delivery issues going on. Looks like either the emails are not getting delivered probably, and if they are it’s getting landed into the spam folder.

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

    If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

    To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
