Email notification questions

Hello,
In the free version, does the form automatically go to the admin address and then the notification to person who submitted it? If not, is there a way to set up two notification emails?
I attempted wording the notification email for both the creator and the customer but it landed in my junk mailbox (as the creator/admin) and didn’t come (as the customer). I separated the emails with a comma.
Any assistance is appreciated.
