email notification problem

    Reagent this post, keep doing tests, but nothing.

    The author always gets notificaiones post new comment, but the client / other user comments, and check that wants to be notified when the author of the post answers, do not get notification of this.

    I use this plugins for my WooCommerce site:

    WP Version: 4.3.1

    WC Vendors: por WC Vendors – 1.8.0
    WooCommerce: por WooThemes – 2.4.10
    WooDiscuz: por gVectors Team – 2.0.2

    If you need to access my site for their tests, I have no problem in giving the user and password
