email notification of published post not reaching subscribers

Hello!
I published a post last night

I usually get an e mail notification immediately (I have subsribed to my posts, so I can keep track). Its been almost 10nhours But the mail notification for this post has not come till now. I asked some of my subscribers who were online. It hasn’t reached them too. What could be wrong? can you help?
i have checked my e mail settings. They seem to be ok
