Email notification of a booking not working

    Hi

    I cannot get the plugin to reliably send email confirmations to the administrator when a booking is made.

    What is the php mailer – should this be turned on or not?

    If it’s turned off, can mail be sent by using another email service such as Mandrill?

    Hi dear user.

    You can turn off the PHPmailer and our plugin will send notifications with WordPress wpmail function.

    PHPmailer is a class for PHP which helps to connect to the SMTP.

    If the Mandrill works with standard WordPress wpmail, then it will work with our plugin.

    Also, did you check your mail servers, maybe the issue comes from your hosting provider?
