    I have installed and I am using the WP Support Plus plugin.

    When a customer creates a new ticket no email notification is sent to the agent and/or the admin. Similarly when a ticket is replied to, the customer is not getting any notification either.

    Why is the notification feature not working? Can you help please?

    Email Notification is a premium feature. You need to installed our Email Notification add-on for notifications. For more information please click here.
