    On the free version of the Visual form builder, having the WP-Mail-SMTP settings works like a charm! But we have VFB Pro version and this fix does not work. We cannot get notifications any longer. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Please submit a ticket for our paid version through our paid support, we will be able to help you there! With the pro version, there is a wide variety of reasons for emails not sending in either version really.

    I’m using the free version of VFB and have been for a year plus and everything was working fine. Last week it stopped sending us email notifications of forms that were filled out. I have checked the settings and nothing has changed. We have an job application, sign up for classes form and a contact form that when filled out and submitted it is emailed directly to our HR Department. Not any longer. I can find the forms filled out in the backend on the web but no emails are received anymore. HELP! Did the free version lose that feature????

    Thank you for getting back to us, I see this thread was marked as resolved, is this issue resolved? It is more likely that something changed with the settings on your server allow the email to work right, like you said, you didn’t change anything on the website. So that lends to something going on with your server. I’d troubleshoot with the information I provided and speak with your website host to see what may be going one.

    As I sais above, IF you are using the pro version, please submit via our website support so that we can get access to your website and take a look for you. If you only have the free version, please do follow the instructions provided above.
