Email notification issues

    Hi there guys,

    After I get a form in my site I do not get the email notification.

    I receive correctly the information in the WordPress desktop and I installed WP Mail Logging and it says the mail has been sent.

    The issue here is that I do not receive it to my Gmail account. In the past it worked well but suddenly stopped working.

    Any idea?

    I hope you are doing well today!

    Please inform us if you are getting any error messages. Also, please share the link where the form is and let us know if you are using any SMTP plugins.

    Considering other mail functions are working on your site and WP Mail Logging says it has been sent, this is more likely to be an issue on the hosting side.

    I assume you have already checked spam folder in your inbox as well, going further we can have a look at the form if you can share the export with us.

    After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

    Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.
