Email Notification issue

  • Hi Team,

    My WP version is 4.5.3 and my WC database version is 2.6.2

    My email notifications are enabled for all offers under the woocommerce
    ->settings->Email Tabs.

    I am neither receiving email notifications for new offers (nor) are my customers receiving notification on counter offer, declined, accepted and so on.

    Please advise what do I do ?

    Have you checked your spam to ensure they’re not falling there?

    If you’re sure that’s not the problem you’ll need to check your PHP error logs on the server to see if anything shows up there regarding failures sending email.

    Please look into that and let me know if you find anything.
