    Email notification isn’t working and what I REALLY don’t understand is the half dozen or so threads about this very same issue and they’re closed? Why are the toppics closed if they aren’t resolved?

    I have more than one site having this issue – 2 admin accounts, one receives notices, one doesn’t. Can someone please tell me why and if not why, what can be done about it so that the other administrator account can receive notices?

    Notices meaning, if someone comments through Jetpack’s (email form) or if a comment is made on a post.

    I found the solution and in case anyone else is looking to solve this issue too, this is what I found:

    #1 When adding the comment ‘form’ from Jetpack – you can designate where to send email notifications in the editing section of the form addition.

    It’s a simple thing unless you overlook it when you create it the first time, as I did.
