Email notification is not working

The e-mail notification is not working for my site https://www.sacredtorch.com.
When a comment is posted it goes into the approval queue but I do not receive a e-mail notification. I’ve compared the setup to my other website https://www.concernedcatholicsmt.org where the e-mail notification IS WORKING and I see no difference in the setup. These two sites are hosted by two different hosting services. Would that make a difference? The only other difference I see is that on https://www.concernedcatholicsmt.org the pages that allow comments are “categories” while the pages on https://www.sacredtorch.com that allow comments are “pages”.
