    Hi did you check the spam box in your e-mail account? Can you enable Debug mode and check the log file after you carry out another test.

    Hi,
    I debugged it and I did another test and still none email received. No spam or junk email either. The log said “SUCCESS” but not email sent. I am testing it with a FREE membership.

    here is the log

    Hi, something is blocking your e-mails. Can you disable all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test.

    Can you confirm that you are able to send messages through your contact form if you have one?

    Can you check the server log files. You might have to speak to your host about this.

    How we deal with subscribers that share username and pass to other peoples?
    Is there any way to block IP address but not the IP from the subscriber?

    Hi that is a very challenging question to answer in regards to your question.

    How we deal with subscribers that share username and pass to other peoples?

    You can use a plugin to block the IP address but how are you going to know if that IP address does not belong to your member?

    I installed the plugin on a website I was working on, everything seemed to be working as far as the payment in PayPal but I never received the email link with the member login information. I tried uninstalling it and then installing it again but it kept the same settings, however, after I uninstalled the plugin, the pages where still there. I deleted them but when I reinstalled it, all the pages didn’t come back with the short codes. I followed all the directions but nothing worked.
