Email notification from the CRM

    I have installed this plugin and it’s been working great so far. My only question is, when a user submitted the form and a new lead is created in the CRM, how do I set it so it is sending an email alert to me? (normally when the lead alert is sent from the Dynamic CRM, it generates a tracking number on the email that track back to the lead), thank you in advance.

    you can create a Power Automate flow that is triggered by lead creation and does whatever you want it to including sending an email. Depending on which email connector you use in Power Automate, the email may or may not be tracked in Dynamics 365/Dataverse
