You can override the email “from” using this plugin here–no features in BD required: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-plugin-change-wp-email-from-details-1883

Try that and see if it gets you what you need.

Hi Sorry, I think I wasn’t clear… I’m getting the admin notification about new listings pending, but I want someone else to get the emails to manage that. Is there a way?

No, the emails are sent to the admin email only. We don’t have a way to override that currently. We’ll consider it for the future though.
