Email Notification Disabled

Hello,

I have tried several plugins for login/register, there has been a issue that I am not being notified anymore when a user registers on my site. Another problem that I noticed is that when I created a user account:

1. It didn’t sent me any notification
2. Reset/Lost Password also don’t work. It don’t send any notification for that either.

I deactivated all my plugins and then checked but didn’t had any luck.
Please help with some solution
