    Hi all since I have updated jigoshop when a new order comes in, the order appears on the website but I dont get a email to say a order has been placed I have looked high and low for a tick box to sort this problem but can’t find anything. can someone help please

    Hi blazing8,

    We have added html emails to the jigoshop core in jigoshop 1.16.

    The most common issue with emails is related to creating templates – did you have a chance to recreate them? You can do that under Jigoshop –> Settings –> Generate default emails

    If it still doesn’t work after you recreate the default emails, please let us know.
