    Hi, the plugin works fine, but the email notification doesn’t work. Suggestions?

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you have enabled the email notification from the plugin’s settings. Emails are sent when files/folders are shared with users.

    Moreover, plugin uses wp_mail function, you might want to check if your site is sending the emails properly. You can use a test mail plugin to ensure that.

    Further, if the issue persists, it might be due to a plugin conflict. Please try deactivating all plugins except this one and see if the issue is fixed. If so, reactivate them one by one and test to find the plugin that is conflicting with this plugin.
