    For the users who are not online, do they get notified about the message? How? Email notification?

    Thank you for the question.

    The plugin has the feature of E-mail notifications. So each user will receive an e-mail message about missed messages.

    The feature has two points:

    • Users will not receive already read messages.
    • User will not receive notifications, if he was online last 10 minutes or he has a tab with opened sit
