Email not working correctly

I worked with my domain host provider who helped me with my email settings. However, I’m still having an issue in one area. One of my testers has an email account with AOL. Her booking requests come into the booking system on our website, but we are not receiving an email alert that a booking request was submitted. We are getting those emails from other testers who use different email providers. The AOL tester ran a test on another plugin for our website that also generates an email alert – that email did arrive. Any clue as to why the email worked for one plugin but not the booking system?
