email not working after Changing from Impap to Office 365

    I recently changed my email address from IMAP to Office 365 and now I’m not receiving any emails from my WordPress/Woocommerce site. Help!
    I can’t find any email settings anywhere other than listing the actual email address itself?

  • Hi,

    I am working with a client on this very issue. This is not a WordPress problem. Rather it is an issue with mail and how it works on your host server. In my situation I have installed an SMTP plugin and configured it to work with Office 365 mail.

    Thanks Tim. Yep, you are correct, I contacted my email guru and they had missed one setting. All fixed now!
