Hi, I’m testing the plugin and I’m getting the verification email come through when I enter my email address for back in stock notifications

However when the product stock levels are updated form 0 to 1, I’m not getting an email to notify me that the product is back in stock… can you help?

    Hello there,

    Good Day !!!

Yes there will be a delay in coming is because we use background process to send email when the product back in stock. Glad your reported one was resolved.

Please be safe and have a nice day ahead !!!

    Cheers & Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for your reply
What is the timeframe for the back in stock notifications being sent out?

The last test I put through took just over 2 hours to notify me that the product was back in stock, is there any way I can speed this up? Thanks for your help

    Hello there,

It depends on your server configuration you might see some delay(if huge list of subscriber data belongs to instock product then it will take some time to finish), we have couple of option to choose background process engine in our settings page, we suggest you to use WooCommerce Background Process and try it out(hope this will be quick) also you can see the status of scheduled actions(background process) in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions Tab

    Let us know

    Thank you.
