Email not sent to user

    I have been using Huge-IT forms for a while and never had a problem. I’ve just been made aware that users (new or existing) are no longer receiving confirmation emails.

    I have done the following to identify the problem:

    – confirmed that admin is receiving email
    – confirmed that the sending email address is not blacklisted
    – confirmed WordPress up to date
    – made sure that the email field is being used
    – confirmed that Huge-IT is latest version (1.4)
    – checked this WordPress support page and looked at all similar issues

    Can you provide some assistance please?
