email not sent to admin when a new form is completed by user

    Hi, admin email is properly set in Global Settings -> Email Configuration settings. I also checked SSMTP connection and it was verified.
    nevertheless i do not receive any email when a nwe form is completed.
    How to solve it? Thanks
