Email not sent/received after form submit

    I have recently installed the plugin on my wordpress site.
    I am not able to receive/send email after form submit.
    I checked the DB as there was no other errors displayed.
    The EmailFormatError field in the database displays “Wrong Email Format”
    UploadSizeError field shows “Max Upload Size Exceeded” where as i am not uploading anything. It is just a contact form with Name,email id and message
