Email not sent and nothing in debug logs

Dear support,
We’re using Outlook365 SMTP server and it works as expected.
But every day a few emails are not delivered (confirmed by the “Email log” plugin).In the debug logs we see logs from the emails sent, but no trace of the emails that are not sent.
Why is that?
Do you log also connection issues?
Can we get more verbose logs?Thanks
