• Dear support,

    We’re using Outlook365 SMTP server and it works as expected.
    But every day a few emails are not delivered (confirmed by the “Email log” plugin).

    In the debug logs we see logs from the emails sent, but no trace of the emails that are not sent.

    Why is that?
    Do you log also connection issues?
    Can we get more verbose logs?

  • Try using a different SMTP like Kingmailer which gives detailed log per email

    I’ve got the same problem as well in combination with Office 365 smtp. Sometimes a mail is not sent.

    I’ve used it in combination with the same account for a year and it worked like a charm up till a couple of days ago.

    Just wanted to post it.
