    I have read the article about email not sent and plugin author suggested to use the smtp but i cant use smtp because that plugin not able to send the email from my website due to some reason so I am using brevo by yacommerce and it working good but still cart abondment did not sending the email to the customers.

    Could you kindly check if there are any orders listed in the abandoned orders section on the plugin dashboard? If the orders are being captured, please verify if the emails have been scheduled for those orders. You can click on each abandoned order to view the details of the scheduled emails.

    Order has been captured properly, even when i have recieved the test email only when guests users chekout all details have been captured.

    I did a test multiple times, and no email has been recieved from the cart flow, they are only capturing the detail and dont send any emails.

    Thanks for writing back.

    From the screenshots, it seems the emails are not scheduled for that order for some reason. Please try to click on reschedule emails and see if the emails are scheduled and getting sent for that order.

    I already did that, still not receiving email, if possible can you do cart abandonment.
