Email not sent

Hi,
I am using wordpress 5.8 with contact form 5.4.2 and Twenty Fourteen theme (2.1.1513857861).
I cannot receive email sent via contact form. This is my code.

[submit "Send"]

I have hcaptcha at the end of the form, contact form does not return any error.
