Email not sending to same domain

    Hi, we are using Easy WP SMTP plugin and we have setup emails to send to same domain. For Example, we are using [email protected] to send an email to [email protected] but we are not receiving the email.

    However, the system from [email protected] will send emails out to any other domain emails except for primebrands.com.

    Does this plugin prevent sending emails to the same domain? Or there is a setting that needs to be updated?

    Hi there @dev1122,

    Thanks for reaching out. Our plugin doesn’t block sending emails, but your mailer service might. Which mailer service are you using? When you get a moment, check with your mailer service to make sure emails to primebrands.com aren’t being suppressed. It’s possible that your addresses have been put on their suppression list, which would stop emails from being sent to you.
