Email not sending on dedicated windows server

hi, need help regarding Email not sending on dedicated windows server.
hosting support suggest to install “WP-Mail-SMTP”, did that but forms still not sending email, although test emails are being sent from “WP-Mail-SMTP”.
Please advise,
