Email not sending, not with SMTP not with Mailpoet service

Hi, have you received any help? I have same problem but haven’t got any reply from Mailpoet and I feel better to disable this plugin and use other one if they don’t care about their customers.

Could you provide more details about the issue? When you’re scheduling your emails, are those switching the status to “Pause” in MailPoet -> Emails? Can you also check if they’re queued correctly in MailPoet -> Help -> System status (and provide a screenshot to us)?

You can also try to switch the cron settings at MailPoet -> Settings -> Advanced and see if they’re delivered after scheduling them:

– The mails are not Paused
– i have tried all different settings including mailpoet sending service
– with smtp i can send test e-mails but not mailing
– i set it up now for Mailpoet sending service

Please try the following steps in order to fix it: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work#taskscheduler

Particularly:

– Check that your hosting provider doesn’t block HTTP loopback connections (e.g. your site → your site).

– You’re not using restrict access/security plugins (e.g. iThemes Security Plugin, WordFence, WPMUDEV Privacy Plugin, Ninja Firewall plugins). To completely rule out your site’s code as a root cause, please run a full conflict test: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

I let the host change it and I get a pong now. But it still says there is an error connecting to the mailpoetservice.

I think it has been solved now. there was a http blocking in the wp-config. I added mailpoet.com to the WP_ACCESSIBLE_HOSTS section. It seems to be working now.
