Email Not sending after 4.4.1 update

    Hi All,

    Our site, https://www.easlce.eu/ was working fine until we updated to 4.4.

    When I add a user no email with password is sent.
    When a user registers on their own through paypal gateways no email is sent.
    All plugins are current and work with 4.4.1

    Are other people having this problem?
