Email Not Sending

  • Hello, I have setup the plugin and when user submits the form the emails are not being sent.

    I used test email and log plugins and they say that email has been sent but I have not received any email.

    Hi @khubaib927, have you checked if they are in the spam folder? Maybe there is some blocking on the part of your mail server.

    I had this issue too. It seems you have to go into the email settings of woocommerce and select the tick box to copy in user within the new email for requesting a quote which goes to admin. Hope that helps!
