    Hello, I already installed the functional plugin and when the customer makes the reservation everything runs fine but the plugin is not sending the booking email can you help me with what may be happening?

    Hi,

    Please check if the booking appears listed in the bookings list. If the booking isn’t listed there then the problem is with the PayPal IPN notification and, on the other hand, if the booking is listed there then the problem is with the email settings.

    Try first using a “from” email address that belongs to your website domain, this is the most common restriction applied in most hosting services.

    If that doesn’t work please check if your hosting service requires some specific configuration to send emails from PHP/WordPress websites. The plugin uses the settings specified into the WordPress website to deliver the emails, if your hosting has some specific requirements like a fixed “from” address or a custom “SMTP” server those settings must be configured into the WordPress website.

    Hi @code85,

    If the booking doesn’t appears listed in the bookings list AND you have PayPal enabled, then the problem is the PayPal IPN not received at your website.

    In that case confirm first that your website is online (PayPal IPN doesn’t reach to localhost and local intranet websites).

    If your website is online then go to the PayPal account used to receive the payments and confirm if the IPN notifications are enabled. You can also check the IPN history to check what happened with the previous IPN notifications. To check the PayPal IPN History use the following link:

    … or this way:

    1- Log in to your PayPal account.

    2- Select Profile > Profile and settings > My selling tools.

    3- Click Update for Instant payment notifications.

    4- Click the link for IPN History page.
