Email Not Sending

After installing the WP Email plug in, I then found documentation here that said I needed to set up my Google APIs. Did that and I feel confident that it is correct, but emails are still not coming in. I submitted both forms the quote and contact and I didn’t get any emails. I’ve been trying for a few days now and I don’t know what I’m missing.
