    Hello,

    I have been using your plugin and it doesn’t send emails for customers or admin.

    I have installed smtp plugin and test email works. Others wordpress emails are sent too.

    My plugins settings are:

    Accessibility Settings > Auto confirm = No
    Payment Settings > Payment required = No
    Notification Settings > Send Confirmation email = Yes
    Notification Settings > Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required = Yes
    Notification Settings > Send Reminder email to the Client = Yes
    Notification Settings > Send Reminder email to the Provider = Yes

    Hi @melissacrokis,

    Thanks for posting on the forum.

    I have tested it on my test site and found it’s working fine sending the appropriate mails.

    According to your configuration the customer will only get mail when the appointment is confirmed and the reminder email before set appointment time but the admin should get an email immediately after appointment is booked.

    Please check whether somehow the email is going in your Spam folder.

    Could you please tell me what is in your Appointments logs on the following path so that i can troubleshoot the issue?

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Logs

    I have same problem with other plugin. I think there is a problem with my email account (smtp settings for zoho mail), not in this plugin. I have been testing with other email account and it works.
