    Same problem. I have the form going to a valid address at my domain (@ HostMonster), a gmail address and another domain address also hosted at HostMonster. The form goes to the valid address at my domain but not to the gmail address or the other domain address.
    I have followed all the documentation but it’s not working. Have used this plugin for many years and have lots of clients using it too. I really like it. I also contribute to support the plugin and get all clients to contribute too.

    In the past if I have had a problem I have disabled all other plugins and changed the theme and then saved the form. Sometimes this has solved the problem, but not this time.
