Email not being sent

  • Hi,

    I tried to send an email to a test user on the waiting list, but no email has been sent. Also there are no entries in the mail log…

  • My first test on simple product works ok.

    My second test with a variant didn’t go into the email log but it did send an email.

    I don’t think it logs individual sends, it only logs the main product bulk sends. I’m not exactly sure, there’s definitely some missing logs.

    And the free version wont let you send twice so it’s hard to test without making new entries each time.
