Email not being formated correcty and sending only HTML code

    Hi,

    Follow-Up Emails being sent to customers get formated a litle weird showing the raw HTML code of the email. How can this be fixed?

    I’m using just the normal text editor in WordPress to create the emails

    Hello @buzzgo,

    Apologies for the delay in response.

    Are you using any SMTP plugin to send emails? If yes, please check if there is an option to send the email in plain text? Please ensure that you allow HTML through email and disable the sending plain text option from SMTP plugin settings.
