    Hi there,
    In our most recent auction, about 30% of winners claimed to have not received email notification of their winning bid. They also checked spam, clutter, etc. and did not find the email. Any clue what is happening? Could their servers be blocking the emails and if so, is there any way to prevent this? On a second note, is there a way to resend individual payment emails in the event that someone requests a resend? Or alternatively, get the individual payment link to send to them? Thank you!

    Hi @mbilotti ,

    Have you configured any email service for outgoing email on your WordPress or are you using default hosting provider email service? See, it might happen that their email servers might be blocking and the only way to prevent it is to use authentic email service (SMTP) like GMAIL to send these emails. What you can do is to use a SMTP plugin and configure your GMAIL inside it so that WordPress site uses this to send the email and that would increase the probability of passing block checks by receiving email servers.
