Not currently possible without modifying the code.

However, one possible solution is to use Gravity Forms and then my Gravity Forms extension for the member directory:

Using those two in conjunction, you can customize your contact form with additional fields, if you want, and then use the admin notification feature of Gravity Forms to copy the contents of the contact form to as many email addresses as you want. Plus, with Gravity Forms, each contact form message is also stored in the database in case you need to review sent messages at any point in the future.

Of course, you’ll need to purchase a license for Gravity Forms, along with my extension, but it still may be cheaper than a custom programmed solution. I’m a big fan of Gravity Forms and have a developer license that I renew every year so I can use it on all my own sites, as well as sites that I develop for others. Definitely worth the money.
