Email Merge Tag for WC order payment page URL

    Regarding my review, I wanted to create an individual topic for this feature I’d like to see.

    AutomateWoo offers a feature that inserts the URL to the customer’s payment page when processing an automation for a WooCommerce order. FluentCRM offers a link to the order page, however nothing to the payment page. It would be great to have the order payment page available as a Merge Tag insert.

    We always try to improve FluentCRM to meet users’ needs and requirements. Since FluentCRM WooCommerce Triggers doesn’t offer a link to the checkout/payment page, we are happy to consider this a feature request. However, I cannot guarantee the implementation or provide an ETA. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

    However, the Abandoned Cart trigger has a recovery URL that links to the checkout page. If you use the Abandoned Cart feature, you can link it to this page. Otherwise, this is not available for other Woo Automations.

    Hello Ashikur,

    Thank you for your response, and for pointing out the Abandoned Cart feature – that may just be the solution I’m looking for. I was having another issue with how carts are tracked in FluentCRM so that may be another issue I need to investigate. But either way, I appreciate your response.
