    Hello,
I have the lucky wheel set up and all i thought was working okay.
However i have been informed that some users are getting the following message-

“This email is marked as spam now, please enter another email to continue”

I have looked through all of the settings and can not find anything like this. Any ideas?

Also – I would like to know if there is a way to add email addresses to this list if i choose. For instance in the terms on my website to spin the wheel they agree to be signed up to our newsletter. if they unsubscribe from the newsletter i want to be able to block them from using the wheel in the future.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting VillaTheme.

An email can be marked as spam because of some reasons:
    – The email title includes text or phrase advertising.
    – Email servers of your customers with high security and block emails including particular texts or phrases.
    – Your IP Address Is or Has Been Used for Spam
    – Your Subject Line is Misleading

You can refer to this article and control the causes from your end.

    Best regards.

hi thanks for your reply. it is not the emails being sent that is going to spam.
it is when the user is entering their email into the Lucky Wheel to make a spin they are being told they can not use that email address as it is marked as spam.

    Hi,

Thank you for waiting for our response patiently.
I tried many email addresses that look like spam addresses, but all can be accepted to spin. Can you please provide an email address to try and see this problem? You can contact us via [email protected] for private security.

    Best regards.
