Email mark as spam

    Hi, why did my bnfw notification email was mark as spam now. This happen in 2-3 weeks ago. Bnfw always works very well before that time. Please help me to fix it. Thanks

    Hi @intipjurusan,
    Thanks for your message.

    There’s lots of reason why emails can be marked as spam. As long as emails are being delivered (even if being delivered to the spam folder), you know that BNFW is working.

    Can you make your way through this document on email deliverability and let me know how you get on?

    i don’t understanding what to do, i just use methode no. 3 and 4 and it’s still mark as spam on gmail

    Can you please follow *all* the steps (they are important) and then post some screenshots of the notification that you’re having issues with?
