Email Log Displays Blank Messages

Hello! I’m new to Postman SMTP, but I have a problem:
Once an email is sent and I visit the email log, when I click ‘View’ or ‘Session Transcript’, a box pops up that is completely blank. No code, nothing. Just an empty box.
I also tested the ‘Resend’ button, and no new email was sent.
Help?
