    Hi, I have registered to keep my subscribers with mypopups, but when i get to dashboard to download the csv file with collected emails – the csv file is empty. it only says one word: email
    how to fix that?

    Please provide me URL you use to access pop-up builder.
    Also mention what’s the domain where you use the pop-up.

    To access pop up builder i just go to https://mypopups.com/
    I use it in theanimetal.com

    Hi @kami18 ,

    The issue is due to browser caching – please log in to MyPopUps from incognito browser window and download the csv and the data will be available in the csv. Alternatively, you can clear browser cache for the same effect.

    I’ve read about it in other posts raised with the same issue, but it doesnt help downloading in incognito in both, edge and chrome – end result is the same

    Hi, yes, I see the test email you’ve submitted now, but what about all the other emails that signed up before?

    Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any e-mail assigned to that pop-up.

    The issue here was about sending them to us, that’s why they were not displayed on the list. My guess is that they never arrived to us or even if they arrived they couldn’t be saved due to missing parent (pop-up) details.

    My apologies for that.
