Email Linked to User (Newby)

We currently run a club website and there are 132 Users each with their own pages which they can alter.

Is there a way to set something up a plugin or coding something that when someone clicks a link to contact admin of that page it goes to a contact form and when completed the email goes to the User’s email address.

The only thing the visitor will see on the contact form is the the club name they want to contact (not the email address) and the form fields which need completing.

We are trying to keep the email addresses away from view to stop spamming.
