Hi Guys,

For some strange reason, the link to activate in the email is now the same color as the background of the email (so it’s invisible). I wanted to know where your plugin gets it’s design information from so I can try and track it down to force the link color to be something else.

I am using HTML Email designer (Links are set to Orange), as well as Kadence Email Customizer for Woo (and your email doesn’t appear in the default WC list – even though I set it to be).

Any ideas?

Hi @shayno90,

Thanks for reaching out. I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

In such a case, you may use inline CSS in the plugin’s settings. But to do so, you would need to use the Pro version of the plugin. So, could you please let us know if you are using the pro or free version of the plugin?

I am using the free version but what’s strange is that it was working fine up until a few recent updates of your plugin. I only noticed it because someone told me about the link being basically invisible.

Hi @shayno90 ,

I installed the “WP HTML Mail” plugin here and the link color I received on the email was the one I had configured on the default WooCommerce option:

– Emails > Email template > Base color
