Email link and attachment not work

  • Dear,

    I was glad to find this plugin and used it to connect download monitor and contact form 7. Everything works well at my English website. However, I found it cannot work correctly in my Chinese website.

    The link and attachment were sent to the mail box correctly. However, the attachment is just a blank file. The link cannot work.

    Could you help me on this issue?

    Hi @lee-lin,

    I will check with the team if they have been able to identify anything to try. It would be good for others in the community that run non-English sites to comment as well since this seems to be specific to your non-English site.
