Email label disappears after turning on change names of the contact form fields

  • After I click on the checkbox “Change the names of the contact form fields and error messages” the label for the “EMail Address:” disappears after saving the form on the final WordPress page and on the form page itself.

    This problem happens with the original text (English) and with my German localization. All the other fields do work. It is just the eMail field.

    I use WordPress 5.9.2 with the theme Twenty-twenty and your Plugin Version 4.2.4.

    We found the issue, and we will fix it in the next plugin update. The new update is coming soon.

    I confirm the problem. Changing name – even default one make it not appear (just a star notifying that this is required).
