I used contact form 7 and WP Mail SMTP for the contact page.
The plugins run perfectly for many years.
However, recently I met a problem, that if I logged in and send email. The email will be delivered. But for non logged in user, there are nothing happens.

Please help me to fix it.

    Thank you.

Sorry, this is contact page: https://www.pvisg.com/lien-he/

    Hi @rhinownam,

Thanks for reaching out. However, it seems the issue with the form, it looks like one of it’s script is causing issues due to it being cached for non-logged-in users. Please contact the form plugin support to fix the issue, or try removing caching plugins.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you @sanzeeb3

I use WP Rocket and Redis Object Cache, but after deactivating these plugins, I could not send mail when testing with non-logged-in user role.
However, it works with my new setup wordpress site.
I will contact the authors of these plugins for helps.

    Thank you so much.
